We stand behind our travel guide apps and your satisfaction with them is very important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via direct download, we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded or accessed our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after opening in the app, and as such, we may not issue refunds on used guides.
Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion.
In cases where we offer routes for our partners, no refunds will be made after users have reached the final destination using our navigation app.
Refund requests must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase and within twenty four (24) hours of accessing the experience in the app.
